Individual Therapy Sessions
These 1:1 sessions are behavior analytic sessions customized to the individual, whether we’re working on problem behaviors in children or helping adults increase meaningful behaviors and reduce those that are getting in the way. We focus on values-driven goals while also working to reduce psychological distress. Sessions can look different for everyone, from traditional talk-based meetings to walking in the park, working with clay, or even rock climbing.
Group Therapy Sessions
These group sessions are behavior analytic sessions customized to help you and those involved to increase your relationships and work on addressing tension. We focus on values-driven goals, which often includes reducing psychological distress. Sessions can look different for everyone, from traditional talk-based meetings to walking in the park, working with clay, or even teambuilding activities.
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) – Indiana Medicaid Waiver Services
Using behavior-analytic strategies, we focus on increasing socially significant behaviors while reducing those that interfere with daily living, independence, or overall well-being. Sessions are individualized and may include traditional in-home or community-based supports. All services are person-centered, trauma-informed, and designed to enhance quality of life.
ABA Autism Therapy
Our ABA therapy sessions are customized to each individual with autism, whether we’re helping a child build communication skills or supporting an adult in navigating social and daily living challenges. We focus on meaningful, functional goals while reducing barriers to learning and independence. Sessions are as unique as the people we serve; they might look like structured skill-building at a table, play-based learning on the floor, or practicing real-world skills in the community. When appropriate, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct, 1:1 support, while a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs and oversees the plan, ensuring strategies are both effective and affirming. Together, we blend evidence-based ABA with compassion, meeting clients where they are, both literally and figuratively.
